AYYYYYYYYYYYY.....killer cramps gt.lt?
i dont have any midol,pamerinsp? or anything like that and i feel really bad..what can i do to make my cramps go away? im dyin over here.

Try aspirin , naproxen, or ibuprofen and tylenol if you have that can do the aspirin type with tylenol type, but not two aspirin types together...brbrAlso could try ice pack or heating pad.brbrBirth control pills can sometimes help cramps and make periods lighter. Ask your gynecologist.
