Why do you think this is some type of entitlement? I didnt have a phone of my own until I also had an apartment of my own...And I didnt have a cell phone until I was .brbrI guess, you seem to think that is pretty mature...So, be mature, and take on the responsibility of the bill that goes with the phone.
